  • Vinifikacija: Cold maceration for 6 hours, after which the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks using lees for 9 months. These lees are weekly risen / mixed.

Maturing of the wine using fine lees forms a structurally rich wine with fresh fruity notes of apricot, citrus and subtle vanilla on the nose. An ideal companion to seafood, but nice with veal or pork as well. It is one of the three representatives of the Kaspar matured wines line, in which can also be found a 2013 Sauvignon (1 year used barrique barrel) and a 2012 Pinot Grigio (matured in new barrique barrels).
