Sauvignon – Dry berry selection

Prešeren's wine, picked on 8th February 2007, on a national holiday celebrating France Prešeren, Slovenia's most renowned poet. This wine fermented and ripened in stainless steel tanks and was aged in 20l glass vessels. Produced on clay and marl soil in a 20-year old vineyard. It is a pleasant wine, still varietally characteristic with a gentle, sweet, oily character.

They boast a diverse palette of wines, in which 8 white varieties can be found (rhine riesling, sauvignon, traminer, chardonnay, pinot gris, rizvaner, yellow muscat, muscat ottonel) and 2 red varieties (zweigelt and pinot noir).
