This wine is 100% white riesling from the Žerovinci—south site. A mineral wine with a lively but harmonic acid and a long aftertaste, Aldebaran is the brightest star in the zodiac constellation of Taurus (as is Samo). The 24-hour maceration was followed by a 6-week cold fermentation. The wine matured in large oak barrels made from Slovene wood. The wine has not been filtered.
