Withdrawal from the contract and replacement of products
Pursuant to the provision of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), a consumer in distance contracts or contracts concluded outside the business premises shall have the right to, within 14 days, notify the company of their withdrawal from the contract without stating the reason.
The only costs borne by the consumer in regard to the withdrawal from the contract are the costs of the return of goods (shipment costs).
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, our company will return all performed payments with the same means of payment as they have been used by the consumer. The company shall return the payment as soon as possible, but not later than in 8 days after receiving the returned goods. If you decide to return or replace the purchased product, send it back and we will send you another product (in the case of replacement). In this case you must cover delivery costs of reshipment and the costs of shipping new product. The user does not bear shipment costs in both directions if the replacement of goods is a consequence of a factual defect made by the on-line shop. If the user wishes to replace or return a product, he/she can do so by normal or express delivery at his/her own expense.
The buyer must notify us about a potential factual defect together with its detailed description within the statutory deadline. The buyer must also enable us to examine the respective product.
The right to assert the factual defect is stipulated in detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
